The POSTEL Service Centre provides to the scientific community an ensemble of products and services that allow to optimize the use of the data from the space missions concerned with the Land Surface thematic area.

The POSTEL Service Centre ensures two functions :

  development, that is, implementation of operational processing lines with their associated documentation, in agreement with the requirements defined and validated by the Expertise Centres

  operation, allowing the operational production, archiving and product distribution.

The POSTEL Service Centre includes scientists and software engineers, who work jointly on the requirements of processing lines, and on the quality of products and softwares.
